Commune Election Campaign in Phnom Penh on 18 May 2012
This morning while traveling on the road to work by taking different roads, I experienced the difficulties in traffic due to the commune election campaign of each parties who seek for the commune seats.
It took me like an hour to reach my work place. This event will notice and remind to all the people who already have their name in the voterlist to take note on the voting date which is coming soon.
